Return Policy
If you are not in love with the products you ordered, you have 7 days to ship it back to Love, Millie! We do not issue refunds, but store credit is offered.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in perfect condition as received, including:
- Tags attached
- Unworn
- Free of makeup, stains, fake tan, deodorant, dog hair, smells, etc.
- Accessories are NOT eligible for returns.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at shoplovemillie@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shoplovemillie@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage.
Please note that color variations due to monitor resolution, lighting, or photography are not considered damage and do not qualify for a return.
